Last updated: August 2026In addition to our general privacy policy, this page sets out how SmartStrength safeguards sensitive data such as health and assessment records collected during coaching.
Sensitive data we hold
Assessment and testing records may include physical measurements, movement screening results, injury history, and, where relevant, information shared by a physiotherapist or sports psychologist working with us.
Security measures
Client records are stored on access-controlled systems available only to the coaches and administrative staff directly responsible for a client's programme.
Minors
For clients under 18, health and assessment data is shared with a parent or legal guardian, and programme decisions are made with their involvement.
Third-party specialists
Where a client is referred to a physiotherapist, nutritionist, or psychologist outside SmartStrength, only the information necessary for that referral is shared, with the client's consent.
Data breach response
In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting personal information, SmartStrength will notify affected clients and take corrective action without undue delay.
