Cancellation & refunds
How rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds work across sessions and packages. Last updated August 2026.
Session rescheduling
A single session may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 12 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, are counted as used.
Package cancellations
A package may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided no sessions have been used. After 48 hours, or once a session has been taken, the package becomes non-refundable; remaining sessions stay valid for use within the original validity period.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Payment gateway or bank charges, where applicable, are deducted from the refunded amount.
Exceptional circumstances
Where a client is unable to continue due to a documented medical reason, SmartStrength will assess a pro-rated refund for unused sessions at its discretion.
