When you enquire, book, or purchase a package, we collect your name, phone number, email, and any health or training history you choose to share for assessment purposes. Payment details are processed by our payment gateway partner and are not stored on SmartStrength systems.
How we use it
Your information is used to schedule sessions, deliver assessments and programming, process payments and refunds, and send booking-related communication. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Health information
Injury history and assessment results are shared only with the coaches and specialists directly involved in your program, and, where you are a minor, with your parent or guardian.
Cookies and website data
Our website may use basic technical storage to remember preferences and keep this site working correctly. We do not use this data for advertising.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to sachin@smartstrength.in. We retain booking and payment records for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law.
